Before you register for High School Neighborhood Hangouts please read and agree to the health guidelines below.
If you, or anyone you’re registering/bringing, has any health concerns, please do not attend. Use the following questions to determine whether it’s wise for you to attend. Also, we strongly encourage people in high risk groups to consider waiting before returning to in person activities. Right now, or in the past 14 days, have you or anyone in your family:
- had a fever of 100.4 or higher?
- had a persistent cough?
- had any shortness of breath?
- felt unwell?
- come in contact with someone who has been diagnosed with or exposed to COVID-19?
- traveled to any countries outside of the United States?
If you answer “yes” to any of the above questions, please do not register for this event.
Social Distancing and Singing
While you are at The Crossing, we ask that you adhere to the current government guidelines and stay at least 6 feet away from non-family members. If there is seating in the auditorium for this event, please keep three (3) seats and one (1) row between you and non-family members. Singing is not currently allowed for indoor events.
Per current government guidelines face masks are required for those who are 10 years of age and older to attend this event. The two exceptions are outdoor gatherings where 6 feet of social distancing is maintained or when participants are engaged in a sporting activity; face masks are encouraged but not required. You may bring your own face mask, however complementary masks will be available.
If you agree to the statements above, please proceed by clicking the Agree button below. If you would rather not attend at this time, please click the cancel button.
