We want to be a part of that mission by connecting students to God, his word, and the community of the church. Our gatherings, classes, small groups, and events are meant to help students know Jesus and be known by others in the journey of faith.

Honest Questions, Honest Answers

In Crossing Students, we want to create meaningful conversations where students can ask honest questions and get honest answers about the Bible and the Christian life. Everyone from the skeptic to the committed follower of Jesus is welcome to explore who Jesus is in our ministry. Whether you’re new to Christianity or have grown up in the church your whole life, we want you to know that you and your questions are welcome here.

Crossing High School: Exploring the Bible

Weekly: Sundays at 9:45 AM

Are you a high school student interested in exploring the Bible? Join us on Sunday mornings for a staff-led study where we will learn techniques for reading God’s word and applying it to our lives. Coffee, bagels and donuts provided. No registration is required.

Educator and School Staff Brunch

If you’re involved in our church and work in our K-12 local schools as an educator, administrator, or other staff role, we’d love for you to join us for brunch during 3rd service. We’ll spend some time hearing from one another about how God is moving in our local schools and carve out time to pray for one another and the families we serve. Food and coffee will be provided!

Weekly: Sundays at 6:00 PM

All 9th-12th graders in the 573 area are invited to gather for a weekly time of dinner, hanging out, a lesson and small group time with their leaders every Sunday night!

We're excited to have a weekly touchpoint for students to study God's Word together. If your student is new, this is a great time to jump into a small group.

Bring your own Bible, pen & notebook. Dinner is provided at no cost.

Think Tank

Weekly: Wednesdays at 6:00 PM

Middle Schoolers, come to Think Tank on Wednesday nights to connect with friends and God! You'll play games with friends, enjoy dinner, and discuss ways God impacts your daily life.

At Think Tank, we foster small group friendships, study the Bible, and play games together. Students will be plugged in with a leader and peers of their own age.

Pizza is provided each week. Bring your own Bible, pen, and notebook. No need to sign up beforehand!

Senior Parent Breakfast

Graduation from high school is a huge milestone for everyone, especially parents. The ceremonies and parties are full of bittersweet feelings: celebration, anticipation, uncertainty, and even sadness. If you have a student graduating from high school this year, we’d love for you to join us for a brunch during the third service on May 5th. Crossing Pastor, Ryan Wampler, will facilitate our conversation. Using his years of experience as a pastor and parent, Ryan will help us navigate the mixed emotions, challenges, and opportunities of this life change.

Second Sundays Parent Class

The 2nd Sunday of every month at 8:30 AM

Looking for insight and tools to help you parent your teenager within a Christian worldview? Join us on the second Sunday of each month to hear from a variety of speakers who will challenge and equip parents to cultivate gospel growth in the lives of students. Topics will cover a breadth of issues related to the spiritual, emotional, mental, and physical growth of middle school and high school students.

Crossing Students Camp 2024

Camp connects us to God and others as we create fun memories, learn, and grow in Christ. Rising 6th-8th graders (MS Camp) and rising 9th-12th graders (HS Camp) are invited to join us at Windy Gap Camp in NC this summer for games, worship, exploring the Bible, and sharing life with leaders and friends. The best part about camp is that it’s about way more than our time away from home—it’s about growing in Christ for a lifetime of faith with others.
