Addison Hawkins

Pastor, Crossing Twenties Co-Director

Addison was born in Columbia, but his family moved to Kansas City soon after. He returned for college at Mizzou, where he met his wife Lynnette and connected to The Crossing through Veritas. He joined the Veritas staff team after graduating in 2010 and moved to attend Covenant Theological Seminary in St. Louis in 2013.

After receiving a Master of Divinity, Addison became a pastor at a church in Grand Rapids, Michigan, where he and his family lived from 2016 until 2022. Lynnette and Addison have three kids: Theo, Louisa, and Sullivan.

Andrea Lisenby

Project Manager

Originally from Dayton, Ohio, Andrea graduated from University of Illinois with a degree in Microbiology. She and her husband, Kyle, moved to Columbia in 2008 and became members at the Crossing. Since then, they've had 3 kids, Noelle, Logann, and Jaxon. 

Andrea loves the energy and eagerness of people in their twenties! She brings her organizational and hospitality skills to the "behind the scenes" aspects of Crossing Twenties. 

In her free time, Andrea volunteers at her kids' schools, advocates for people with special needs, exercises, cooks, and loves to do crafts. 

Colleen Luley

Women's Discipleship Coordinator

Originally from St. Louis, Colleen graduated from Mizzou with an English degree and has called Columbia home ever since. She joined the staff of The Crossing's college ministry, Veritas, in 2009, began co-directing the ministry in 2017, and now co-leads Crossing Twenties.

Colleen is especially passionate about walking with people in their twenties. She loves the questions, growth, and energy that come with this season of life-and finds it a true joy to come alongside young adults as they wrestle with faith, build lasting community, and step into who God is calling them to be. 

She earned her Master of Theological Studies from Covenant Theological Seminary in 2019. Colleen and her husband, Andrew, have four kids: James, Charlotte, John Andrew, and Benjamin.

Josh Hanlon

Crossing Twenties Staff

Josh grew up in Indiana and graduated from Ball State University in 2018 with a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing and Sales. After spending time in the corporate world and moving to multiple cities across the U.S., Josh accepted a full-time position with Crossing Twenties where he's excited to help build community around the life-changing message of Jesus. He enjoys a cup of coffee and a good book every now and then.
